14-Day Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy on all eligible items, starting from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your order was marked as delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it

It must also be in the original packaging

You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return
If you’d like to return an item, please contact our support team first at support@purrchcollective.com with:

The item(s) you want to return

A quick note on why you’re returning it (optional but helpful!)
We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for it to appear.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).

Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on:

Used pet bowls or feeders or scratchers

Final sale or clearance items

Gift cards
